The Hai-O Exodus!!!!

Here's some stuff about Hai-O.

Ni definisi syubhah menurut huraian ringkas petikan dari IslamGrid;

http://www.islamgrid.my/qna/index.php?cari=Syubhah

Saya pernah dengar orang Hai-O selalu cakap, keuntungan tidak bercampur.... ini bukan soal pendapatan dari mana ke mana... ini soal syubhah sebuah c/o jual arak memiliki 100% sebuah c/o MLM... itu aje. Macamana kita nak kata tiada kaitan langsung, kalau hak milik 100%. Shareholder dia yang Akitan, Daritan & Excellant Communication Sdn Bhd pulak shareholders semua the Tan's kecuali Ng Ming Han... listed as 'investment holding' dan 'commissions agent'. lain2 adalah Bank Nominees... also rasanyalah, hedges/investment arm termasuk Kenanga.shareholders dia banyak from commercial banks (nominees), individuals yang mungkin kebetulan non muslim... dan semua yang tersebut terlibat dengan riba. itu mmg confirm la... conventional bank, futures trading etc. shareholders untuk Hai-O Ent Berhad... maksudnya... duit masuk untuk shares kemungkinan ada unsur riba and the main point is... it sells alcoholic beverages medicinal or not ada beza ke? tengok elok2 kat section RED WINE dia... aku baca pun aku dah tau the notes or comments are terms used by sommeliers or wine tasters... tak tau lak medicinal wine siap ada comment camtu;

Secondly... Hai-O Ent Berhad OWNS 100% Hai-O Marketing. So amacam? it means the major sole and the only share holder is Hai-O Ent Berhad that sells wine & alcohol!!! Tadaaa, kan senang nak paham. Hai-O Raya pun sama, walaupun bukan milik 100%, Hai-O Enterprise masih major shareholder. Ada beberapa petikan dari KPDN... hish, kan nampak sangat takde kaitan??? >.<;

http://www.kpdnkk.gov.my/index.php?o...401&Itemid=460

Try checking this out;

http://www.hai-omarketing.com.my/haio/ifrc_1.asp

Cert from IFRC Asia (Bahtera Lagenda Sdn Bhd) about the products. It is POSSIBLE that JAKIM acknowledges certs from members of WHC, meaning no need to apply JAKIM's own Halal cert (mind you, only for consumables/food). Now go here;

http://www.halal.gov.my/directory/index.php?lang=BM

and check if SG Global Biotech Sdn Bhd (the manufacturer in the IFRC Asia cert) has a cert from JAKIM for food manufacturing premises. Tadaaa!!! I rest my case regarding loopholes in the system.

Unlike this one;

http://www.hai-omarketing.com.my/haio/eurycohalal.asp

Yanling Natural Hygiene Sdn Bhd does have HDC/JAKIM premise status. Please check one by one since i can only find one product (Euryco) that has both consumable & premise Halal recognition.

This one;

http://www.hai-omarketing.com.my/haio/hfci_1.asp

is given to Hai-O Marketing by Halal Food Council International... but the premise has no JAKIM recognition. Check it out.

Hmm... i am not sure kalau2 budak2 Hai-O ni tau ke tak maksud PDA License which Hai-O Ent Bhd ada. It doesn't state which type of license... but i generally know of PDA1, PDA2 & PDA4. PDA1 is basically for petropumps, skid tanks & barges (floating?). PDA2 if not mistaken is trading of petroleum products & PDA4 is for storage (maybe terbalik). No ordinary c/o can get such licenses. Most of the time its linked to high profile businessmen and politicians or people within the corridors of power.

Maybe this explains why some of the shareholders of Hai-O Ent are investment holdings & one of them a commissions agent. Do you have any idea how much commission one gets for petroleum product trading???

ok, just mau tambah info. Hai-O is listed as non-syariah (jual arak) compliant kat Bursa main board. Shareholders semua non-muslim, nominees local & international banks (investment) dan beberapa Sdn Bhd seperti Kenanga, Akintan, daritan & Excellant Communication... mostly investment & futures most possibly hedges as well;

Hurm... since it isn't syariah compliant... just a conventional MLM plus parent/fellow subsidiary c/o sells alcohol.

In the end its just a matter of choice... kita nak kekal ignorant atau tidak tentang hhukum.

Ini semua facts and available on public record.
