Berak State Fiasco

It has been a very interesting past few months. By-elections, defections, re-defections, maybe re-re-defections sometime soon, maybe even by-by-elections or bye-bye-elections for some (since the umno GM is around the corner).?

I guess Malaysia will be Malaysia. The Boleh Land. Where the constitution is fucked around with, rulers who say they are neutral, then go doing something totally stupid and violating the same constitution that makes them relevant and you can even go around killing hot Mongolian chicks using government servants. Heck, we can bend any type of law and get away with it, but of course you have to be an umno elite member. You can even make new laws or amend laws to your liking.

For normal people like us, who try to earn a good living… watching businesspersons (trying to be gender sensitive here) driving around RM500,000 cars is almost hard to swallow. Let’s try one scenario, a common one faced by most up and coming graduates.

Apply work- get work with fixed income and probation period-gets a permanent post-maybe jump jobs a few times with better pay-some forever be slaves, some build their own businesses, some succeed, some fail

Another one is

Venture into business-no capital, apply loans or financial assistance from so called agencies who wanna help-find out the ‘help’ terms and conditions are so farfetched that no wonder nobody can get a loan except those already with money-instead buy drugs and rot in alleys?

The bluff here is, the government proudly says they are disbursing funds thru agencies to help entrepreneurs, but the terms are not met by 99% by new and fresh entrepreneurs. Only people with money can get such assistance… defies the purpose? Secondly, only umno related people get loans. You can see this simply by noticing how many umno offices are nearby Tekun or MARA. Yes, they ask for your umno membership number.

At the rate we’re going, I believe one day um?-no! will make their own military force and perform genocide to non-um-no people. They’re doing it now anyway. Some thoughts;

1. Social welfare assistance is only given to those chosen by JKK which submits the names to the Welfare Department. Non-um-no supporters or those with no um-no membership have a next to impossible chance of getting assistance.

2. Selectively prosecuting offenders whether it is a white collar or criminal offence. Mongolian killers is top on the list, second comes bribery cases, embezzlement of public funds, illegal establishment of state governments and a long list of other incredible glaring offenses or crimes. However, if non-um-no people are involved, there’s no need of a trial, they just use ISA or another popular strategy, taking nude photos and releasing it on the net. My advice to the opposition, please never ever think of doing this to rosmah, it will cause more heart attacks than smoking. I’m surprised why Najib’s still alive.

3. The education system itself sucks. I hear now they segregate kids according to performance. Good nice and brilliant kids are put in one class, while the dumb, slow and gone cases in another. So if you’re a dumb kid you’re doomed to be stupid and an embarrassment to society. You’ll probably end up being rempits or addicts. That’s the branding we use now. Trust me; schools now have files labeled ‘Promising’, ‘So-so’ and ‘Goners’ (the goners names are submitted to the relevant district police station and AADK for future reference). Kids will also develop spinal ailments by the time they reach 3rd grade. Scoliosis secondary to bloody heavy school bags. It’s a new disease due to the ministry’s idiotic system. A separate book for practice, textbook, writing book, and whatever other books needed to be supplied by government linked cronies. We also have to spend money just to register online to know our applications for university. Pay a few bucks, given a password or key, only then can we log in. What the hell is wrong if they pay it to the ministry directly? Why can’t the ministry itself handle everything from A-Z? Same thing for SSPN, no SSPN no PTPN. Funny eh? We’re sacrificing our children’s future just for monetary gain. Kudos BN.

4. I recently passed a convoy of sorts carrying the name ‘Kembara Dakwah’. Another superficial and cosmetic program like Islam Badawi. I think they’re trying to make it a separate Mazhab. Instead of 4, there is 5. If najib by chance gets to be PM, be prepared for an Islam Najibi or more likely Islam Rosmahi. That makes 7 mazhabs. Oh, don’t forget our old friend Tun, he has a total different view of religion, he’s always right, everybody else is wrong. What I don’t understand is, why haven’t they locked up those bitches from SIS? The statements they make, anyone with basic Islamic knowledge will surely say they are deviant. If they play around too much with Islam, we’ll all pay the price.

5. The police are personal escorts and tools of the executive. This is surely true. Everyone has been pushed aside by cops escorting some big shot. It’s irritating. These people serve the people, why shove us aside? If any PKR elective does this I’d give him the finger. Owh, for any Mongolian termination required, please call Sirrul, he has done a good job, rosmah can be his referee.

6. Have you heard and compared khutbah’s from PAS and from State Religious Affairs Department? Its like heaven and earth. It’s comparable to a Professor with a parrot.

7. We are loyal to royalty. According to history, they descended not originally from the Malaysia we know, but from another land. So how does that make us the original people of this land? They kings of old had absolute power. Any defiance equals to banishment or even death. Not one king upheld Syariah as the Law of the Land. Not one. Unlike the Khulafa Ar-Rasyidin (they rock!). Our kings are just spoiled brats who are not only secular, but are traditionally assumed as Head of Religious Affairs, even when they don’t know shit about Islam (what more practice).

8. In the case of royalty, we were all initially slaves… slaves of the powerful. It continues till now. We serve the powerful. Slaves to our own Malays. Damn pitiful.

9. We are so race driven; even young Malay kids are becoming racists due to political propaganda. It’s saddening to see youths so confined to such close minded thinking.

Today’s news highlighted MP’s debating about police violence (deaths under custody) and police whom are involved in crimes or have crime rings of their own. It’s not surprising, really. We all know the relationship between good and evil, the bad and the good. Exist certain intermediate beings playing on both sides, upholding the law and order on one side, using evil methods on the other. This applies to the newly formed MACC. Tons of reports made with enough details for an investigation to be done, but are left idle. When one report of political importance regarding only certain individuals, particularly non-aligned to the mainstream leadership is made, immediate action is done and even prosecuted even when it’s just mere hearsay. My Anti Competition Conspiracy is more like it.

By chance, during the same day, watched warta 1.30 on RTM1. An elderly and plump imbecile who happens to be a minister was commenting about the Perak State Government fiasco. He claimed those who were brewing the storm were power hungry people who don’t know the law. I am sure he has no basic knowledge of the law, nor does he have any honor (humiliating himself with such ludicrous statements), especially on a station better known as Rankaian Tipu Melayu.

I’ve read a lot about this issue;

First, the defections from PKR, they withdrew, but did not join um-no, one went independent. Its not the same as defecting to um-no/bn. Secondly, the MB can only be fired by the state assembly with the Kings consent, not simply by the King himself… and by a no confidence vote by the House that may result in a state by election. Thirdly, there is no way in hell a new MB can be appointed when the old MB has not been properly released of his post. Fourthly the Speaker still retains his power, not even the King can do shit about it. Speaker ban’s the dummy MB and 6 members, nothing can be done. Not even approving budgets.

Since the so called law savvy King was manipulated by these um-no people, he can no longer retract his actions. Being caught smack in the middle, he can either join the low lives of um-no and join their strategy, or recover his honor by doing the right thing and admitting his error. I mean, it’s not like he’ll live forever… does he really wish to be remembered as the King who was USED by politicians and violated the trust of his subjects? Raja yang ikut telunjuk UMNO. A self centered King whom gave ‘for the sake of the people’ excuse for his own interest. I don’t know about you, but a king shouldn’t act as such. Now the king’s the center of unwanted attention caused by his own unlawful actions. I heard many times before that the Kings Institution was a neutral one. Bullshit’s the word. Does the King really think the people like um-no in Perak? Please go through the SPR records and see the numbers again.

Back to the main issue, the judiciary system. That particular king was once part of it. It reflects tremendously. The judiciary is bias and littered with unworthy people. They practice selectivity. Many cases of breach of trust, bribery and embezzlement went unsolved. Millions, maybe billions of public funds gone. Maybe half was used to bribe judges. Who knows? Heck, even the appointments were politically motivated.

Whatever it is, I will educate my sons and daughters to remember these people who have been unjust. Maybe make it a tradition so spit and curse on these peoples graves. Sure would be nice. It’s the least I can do.

The imam’s always pray for the rulers every Friday prayer. Seems it hasn’t amounted to much, the praying. I did intend to not join praying for them once in a while, but heck, who knows one of our prayers might just do the trick and convert these rulers to good Muslims who understand the basic principles of justice? Real rulers who represent “Ketua Agama Islam” to the word. Not puppets or clowns.

There is a thousand and one way to skin a deputy prime minister. Tun showed us that, maybe Pak Lah will follow suit. Tun used sodomy (once), maybe Pak Lah will use bombed Mongolian women or maybe pictures of DPM & wife performing bizarre Hindu rituals or maybe dig up old skeletons in the defense ministry or KJ can just offer himself as a DPM sodomy victim just like Saiful (sodomy seems like the in-thing now, i’m afraid BN is full of men fantasizing abnormal sexual activities).

Rumors say the DPM will never taste the top post. Some say the GM will show some surprising outcomes. Nothing will surprise the general public. Just look at the list of candidates. Some already punished and charged for money politics, some fucked under aged kids, some will die as soon as elected (old buggers), some fucked the PM’s daughter, and a list of tainted images. So now all umno members are proud to be a party of evil men, and women.

A few members threatened to make police reports and to the MACC if money politics is not curbed before the assembly. I have no idea what their intentions are. Maybe some publicity to secure a place in umno? Or just a show of anti-corruptionness from within the party, to show the public ‘some’ are clean and want change? Maybe a bit of both.

A lot of drama will occur, some will fall from grace. Pak Lah’s men will scramble and grab whatever leftovers available if najib comes to power. KJ will surely make a deal with najib if it comes to this, but I’m sure he has some tricks up his sleeves to make sure his daddy stays in power. Hishammuddin just can’t wait. Muhyiddin will be patient and try to jump line ahead of Hishammuddin. I really do wonder if umno has limited choice. Why nominate tainted politicians?
